The College Course Override Form

All course override requests must be approved by the department who offers the course. Prior to submission, verify which college offers the course in ASU Class Search by clicking on the course title and ‘Full Class Details’. Only courses offered by ‘The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences’ may be submitted through the form below. After submission, please allow 2 business days for processing.

***This form routes to different academic departments based on the course requested. If you have multiple override requests, you must fill out a separate form for each course. Note: If you are taking a course that has separate class numbers for the lab or recitation, you may submit only one form and simply note the additional class numbers in the comments section.***
