The Science and Society Course Placement Request form is used to request that a class that is already approved to be placed in the Science and Society slot. Before submitting, please check the All Approved Science & Society Course List to find out if your course is approved (found on the Science and Society webpage). This form is not used to evaluate courses for Science and Society credit.
