***You must submit proof of MMR vaccination before proceeding in the registration process. All students are required to meet the following Measles vaccine (MMR) immunization requirement:

Provide proof of two measles vaccinations (one of which must be dated after 1979), or a lab test showing proof of immunity to the measles (rubeola).
