Foster Latin American Summer Stipend and Travel Support

These awards are given to graduate students who request summer stipend support and/or travel money. The award may be up to $2,500.

Graduate students in all departments with degree programs in Latin American studies are eligible for the fellowship awards, but priority is given to PhD students in Spanish. Recipients must be graduate students at ASU who are engaged in graduate degree work in Latin American studies.

To apply: Please submit a brief research proposal, a projected budget detailing how you plan to spend the funds, and a letter of support from a professor in the relevant field.
