Undergraduate Language Proficiency Exam
Online requests for Language proficiency exam testing must be submitted and approved at least one week before the scheduled testing date.
Please note: You must SIGN IN at the top of this page in order to use/view this form.

: You will not earn academic credits for taking a proficiency examination.
Some language proficiency exams must be ordered through a secondary source and there is often a nominal fee you must pay. You will be provided with information on the specifics of your test and its availability once this application is submitted.
